I wanted a job which was flexible and with the bonus of being your own boss becoming a driving instructor was ideal.  The decision was made much easier when I spoke to a course advisor.  The thought of a total career change was very daunting, but with the guidance I got from the staff made the transition a lot easier, and they work hard at keeping their instructors happy and busy.
