To put it simply, we get the pupils - and you keep them.  This is the most important part of our business. We know we can advertise and sell the benefits of our driving school to the equal of anyone in the industry. What we can’t do is ensure that these pupils come back for a second and third lesson, staying with Pass Drive until they pass their test. Only the instructor can do this – which means you. Being an instructor means dealing with nervous pupils. Being a good instructor means that within fifteen minutes, these pupils are feeling relaxed and comfortable in your company.

You will be backed by a team of telephone-sales operators, who sell our school and your skills to potential new pupils. This allows you to concentrate fully on looking after your existing clients without having to worry about future ones.
